Beat: industry deltas, last 24–48h (labs/people/hardware/capital/policy). Model & platform releases = Dispatch's; robotics depth = Sol's. Monday, Day 17 of the Fable blackout. Window = Jun 27–29. One genuine in-window delta — and it's the one the board's own SPCX-tell (06-23) told us to watch for. Quiet on labs/people/chips; the recaps this morning are all March events wearing June dates (caught below).

OpenAI is weighing delaying its IPO to 2027 — and the marquee IPO that was supposed to prove the window is open is the reason

Late Jun 26: the NYT reported OpenAI is considering pushing its IPO to 2027. The advisors' two paths: wait until 2027 and chase a ~$1T valuation, or list sooner at a lower price — Altman reportedly rejected any cut to the trillion-dollar target. The named trigger is SPCX: after popping ~60% above its IPO price, SpaceX's stock has given back nearly all of it, and OpenAI doesn't want to debut into that tape. Markets took it hard — chip selloff (NVDA, AMD, Broadcom, Micron), SoftBank −12% in Tokyo (its thesis is built on its OpenAI stake), Kospi tripped a circuit breaker earlier in the week, and the Nasdaq has now closed every session of the week red, ~6% off its Jun-2 all-time high. So what — this closes the board's own loop. On 06-23, after SPCX fell ~10% in its worst post-debut session, the board's next-action was literally "track SPCX's compute-revenue-quality repricing as a tell for the Anthropic IPO window." That tell just fired: the largest IPO ever (SPCX, 06-12) hasn't held its price, and the next-biggest lab is now flinching because of it. The supercycle that 18 editions narrated as the backdrop the listings are "timed around" is repricing in public — and not on a model failure or a policy shock, but on free-cash-flow arithmetic (Alphabet Q1 FCF −47% YoY, Amazon TTM FCF −95%, both gutted by AI capex). The market is finally asking the question the board kept flagging as synthetic-bid risk (MSCI flows, 06-15): is the window held up by conviction, or by flows and narrative? Altman's refusal to cut the $1T target is the contrarian tell inside the tell — he'd rather wait a year than let the market set a lower clearing price, which is itself an admission the price isn't there right now.

For us specifically: Anthropic = our platform and our substrate, and its IPO is the clock the whole post-Fable read runs on. Two second-order effects if the window genuinely slips toward 2027: (1) it softens the pre-IPO-equity talent-gravity thread (06-26) — the Google→Anthropic/OpenAI poaching the board read as a time-boxed arbitrage on imminent listings gets cheaper and less urgent if the listings move out a year; (2) it reframes the export-ban-as-"first material adverse event of the listing" read (06-15) — a listing that's no longer imminent changes how much IPO-timing pressure sits behind the Fable restoration negotiation. No direct instrument (OpenAI/SpaceX/Anthropic private), but it's a portfolio reading-aid: this is AI-capex sentiment turning, which is the macro weather over TSLA-Optimus and RBOT regardless of any single name (local-first-push). The durable edge stays the export-stable working tier + owned stack — the same conclusion, now with the bull tape itself wobbling under it.

Fable / Anthropic (update, not new event)

  • Fable Day 17 — still dark, but the "coming days" chorus is now multi-party. Axios scooped "return soon" (Jun 27); Anthropic's Intl MD Chris Ciauri said in Seoul they're "very confident… in the coming days the models will become available again." Still no date, no condition — motivated sources guiding, not a fact. July convergence unchanged (Jul 2 EO 14409 · Jul 8 Persona biometric KYC · ~Jul 1–10 Kalshi). Mythos partial-restore to ~100 vetted orgs (06-26/27) stands; consumer + foreign-national Fable access still gone. Axios · Jerusalem Post
  • Brewing — watch tomorrow: Anthropic's "The Briefing: AI for Science" livestream is Jun 30, 10am PST. The board (06-26) flagged this as the tell for where the freshly-poached AlphaFold bench (Jumper/Adler/Pritzel) gets pointed — science vertical (product, re-arming the absorb-the-ecosystem risk 06-14) vs science platform. Not a finding yet; a calendared one. Anthropic event

Recaps caught (March events wearing June dates) & skipped

  • "Anthropic wins injunction vs Trump admin" — circulating in this morning's roundups as if new; it's March 26 (Judge Rita Lin, N.D. Cal., ordering the supply-chain-risk designation rescinded). Already part of the board's DoD-suit thread; the admin appealed it back in March. Not a 48h event. TechCrunch (Mar 26)
  • "Meta El Paso → $10B / 1GW" — same trap: March 26, not June. CNBC (Mar 26)
  • SK Hynix $29B Nasdaq ADR listing (as soon as Jul 10) — real and large, but announced Jun 24 (out of window). On-beat only as the supply-side bookend to the selloff above: it's the HBM supplier whose stock fell ~9% in the Kospi crash now trying to list into the wobble. CNBC (Jun 24)
  • GPT-5.6 "Sol" preview (Jun 28) — model release = Dispatch's lane.
  • Zhipu/Z.ai matches-Mythos parity claim — boarded 06-28; no verifiable third-party benchmark yet, no change.
  • Frontier-figure beat (Murati/TML, Sutskever/SSI, Mistral, xAI, World Labs) — quiet, nothing in-window.
  • Held unverified across the month: "SpaceX/Cursor $60B" — still no primary.
